Cheese Wafers
Ingredients
- 12 stick butter softened
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine butter cheddar cheese flour and cayenne pepper
- Mix by hand to form a firm dough
- Shape into a roll and chill until firm
- Slice 14
- inch thick
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes
- Remove from oven let cool for 2 minutes and remove to serving dish
