Cheeseburger CasseroleYields 6 Servings

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 14 c chopped onion
• 34 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
• 18 tsp lemon pepper
• 14 c catsup
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 8 oz grated American cheese
• 1 can refrigerator biscuits cut in bite-size pieces
• 1 jalapeno chopped

Directions

1. Combine beef and onion in skillet cook until beef is lightly browned
2. Drain add salt and pepper
3. Stir in catsup and tomato sauce heat thoroughly
4. Turn into 8-inch square pan or 1 12-quart casserole
5. Sprinkle cheese over beef mixture
6. Top with biscuits
7. Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
