Cheeseburger Logs

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz can stewed tomatoes
• 34 c fresh bread crumbs
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp horseradish mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 14 c shredded process American cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine tomatoes and bread crumbs in a large bowl let stand until liquid is absorbed
3. Lightly mix in ground beef egg mustard salt and pepper
4. Divide mixture into quarters then shape into a 5-inch loaf make a ridge down middle of each with your finger
5. Place loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan
6. Bake 30 minutes
7. Spoon cheese into hollows
8. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts and loaves are crusty brown Yields 4 servings
