Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 4 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 or 5 large eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz sour cream
- 12 c sugar
Directions
- Mix cream cheese eggs 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth Pour into a spring-form pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour
- After cake is slightly cool mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake
- Return to oven for 10 minutes
- Cool
- Refrigerate Top with cherries or fruit of your choice
