Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

• 13 c oleo
• 13 c brown sugar
• 1 c flour
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 14 c sugar
• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream the butter oleo and brown sugar
2. With a fork blend in the flour
3. Stir in walnuts
4. Reserve 1 cup of this for topping
5. Press remaining into an 8-inch square pan
6. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
7. Beat sugar and cream cheese
8. Add egg vanilla lemon and milk
9. Beat
10. Pour over baked crust and sprinkle evenly with remaining crumb mixture
11. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
12. Let cool then refrigerate
