Cheesecake Cookies
Ingredients
- 13 c oleo
- 13 c brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 14 c sugar
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream the butter oleo and brown sugar
- With a fork blend in the flour
- Stir in walnuts
- Reserve 1 cup of this for topping
- Press remaining into an 8-inch square pan
- Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
- Beat sugar and cream cheese
- Add egg vanilla lemon and milk
- Beat
- Pour over baked crust and sprinkle evenly with remaining crumb mixture
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Let cool then refrigerate
