Cheesecake Cookies
Ingredients
- 13 c butter
- 13 c brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 12 c finely chopped nuts
- 14 c sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter with brown sugar in a small bowl
- Add flour and nuts mix to make a crumb mixture
- Reserve 34 cup for toppings Press remainder into bottom of an 8-inch square pan
- Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
