Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

• 13 c butter
• 13 c brown sugar
• 1 c flour
• 12 c finely chopped nuts
• 14 c sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream butter with brown sugar in a small bowl
2. Add flour and nuts mix to make a crumb mixture
3. Reserve 34 cup for toppings Press remainder into bottom of an 8-inch square pan
4. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
