Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 13 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker or butter crust
- fresh fruit strawberries bananas blueberries etc
Directions
- Beat cream cheese sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Fold in Cool Whip and some of the chopped fresh fruit
- Spoon into crust Chill
- Arrange fresh fruit on top
