Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 13 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- graham cracker crust
- assorted fresh fruit bananas strawberries kiwi etc
- 1 c sour cream optional
Directions
- Beat cream cheese sugar and vanilla until smooth
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Spoon into crust
- Chill until set about 4 hours Arrange fruit on top before serving
