Cheeseless Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 12 c water
- 2 c crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1 12 c instant nonfat dry milk
- artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Molly McButter
- cinnamon to taste
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in 14 cup of the water over low heat
- Put into blender
- Add rest of the ingredients and blend well
- Pour into an 8-inch pan
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate until sets
- Makes 4 servings
