Cheesie Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 12 c milk
• 1 stick butter
• Velveeta cheese cut into chunks
• boiled potatoes skinned and sliced
• dried onions
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Spray a glass baking dish with a nonstick spray In microwave melt cheese butter and cheese Put sliced potatoes in baking dish Sprinkle dried onion over potatoes and salt and pepper to taste Pour cheese mixture over potatoes Bake at 350 until golden brown
