Cheesy Baked Fish

Ingredients

• 2 to 3 Blue Hake loins approximately 34 lb
• American cheese slices regular or fat-free
• 34 to 1 c picante sauce according to taste

Directions

1. Bake fish until almost done
2. In the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking lay cheese across fish then cover with picante sauce Return to oven
3. It is ready as soon as cheese melts
4. This is good with any mild flavored fish
