Cheesy Beef Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 12 lb ground beef browned
• 1 c yellow corn meal
• 34 Tbsp salt
• 12 Tbsp baking soda
• 1 17 oz can creamed corn
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 14 c oil
• 1 onion finely chopped optional
• 2 c shredded cheese

Directions

1. Mix corn meal salt soda corn eggs oil and onion if desired well
2. Pour 12 of mixture in greased pan I use an iron skillet
3. Mixture will be a thick consistency
4. Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper ground beef on top
5. Add cheese and top with remaining batter mixture
6. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
