Cheesy Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage
• 12 c Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

1. Steam the head of chopped cabbage until tender and almost dry Drain if necessary
2. Sprinkle with grated cheese and sit aside for 10 to 15 minutes
3. Add salt pepper and butter to taste
