Cheesy Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 cans sliced carrots can use fresh cooked
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 12 stick butter melted
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 slices bread 1 slice per can

Directions

  1. Melt 1 stick butter and cheese separately in microwave drain carrots and add to cheese in 1-quart casserole
  2. Crumble bread into the melted butter
  3. Sprinkle bread over carrots
  4. Bake at 350 until bubbly
