Cheesy Carrots

Ingredients
- 3 cans sliced carrots can use fresh cooked
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 12 stick butter melted
- 1 stick butter
- 3 slices bread 1 slice per can
Directions
- Melt 1 stick butter and cheese separately in microwave drain carrots and add to cheese in 1-quart casserole
- Crumble bread into the melted butter
- Sprinkle bread over carrots
- Bake at 350 until bubbly
