Cheesy Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 14 lb Blue cheese
• 12 c sour cream
• 1 tsp instant minced onion
• 1 basket cherry tomatoes
• dash of pepper

Directions

1. Mash cheese and blend in sour cream onion and pepper to taste Cut a slice from top of tomatoes and scoop out centers
2. Fill tomato shells with cheese mixture
3. Makes 3 to 4 dozen
