Cheesy Chicken And Rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 12 cup butter divided
- 14 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 cups milk
- 12 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 4 to 5 cups cooked chicken
- 12 ounces processed cheese velveeta
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 13 cup crushed butter crackers ritz
Directions
- Prepare a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish
- Mix 14 cup butter flour milk bouillon seasoned salt garlic powder and pepper until smooth
- Bring to a boil and cool until thickened
- Reduce heat and add chicken process cheese and sour cream
- Stir until melted
- Add cooked rice and pour into baking dish
- Take 14 cup butter and crushed crackers and brown in skillet
- Use this as the topping
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
