Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 can deboned chicken
- 12 loaf 8 oz Velveeta cheese chopped in 12-inch cubes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can biscuits
Directions
- In a saucepan bring vegetables to a boil
- Shut off once at boil and add cream of chicken soup and canned chicken
- Pour in 9 x 11-inch baking dish
- Add cubes of cheese
- Roll out biscuits on counter until 14-inch thick
- Place canned biscuits on top Place in oven at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes
