Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 can deboned chicken
  • 12 loaf 8 oz Velveeta cheese chopped in 12-inch cubes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can biscuits

Directions

  1. In a saucepan bring vegetables to a boil
  2. Shut off once at boil and add cream of chicken soup and canned chicken
  3. Pour in 9 x 11-inch baking dish
  4. Add cubes of cheese
  5. Roll out biscuits on counter until 14-inch thick
  6. Place canned biscuits on top Place in oven at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes
