Cheesy Chowder
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped potatoes
- 12 c chopped carrots
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp margarine
- 3 c chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- pepper
- 2 c milk
- 14 c flour
- 3 c shredded or cubed Velveeta
- parsley
Directions
- Cook veggies in butter or margarine until tender
- Add chicken broth soup and pepper
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes
- Blend milk and flour stir into chowder
- Add cheese and parsley
- Heat through until cheese melts and chowder thickens
