Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
• 12 c 1 stick oleo melted
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 10 12 oz can broccoli cheese soup
• 2 c cubed ham
• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 c sour cream
• Topping

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl mix together potatoes oleo salt pepper soup ham onion and sour cream
3. Pour into 2-quart casserole
4. Crumble with Topping
