Cheesy Hash Brown Bake
Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns slightly thawed
- 12 c melted butter or margarine
- 13 c finely chopped onions
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt sour cream or half and half or light sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
Directions
- Mix all together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Let stand overnight or a few hours to blend flavors
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 12 to 2 hours or until golden brown on top
- Makes 12 servings
