Cheesy Macaroni Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni cooked and drained
- salt to taste
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 12 c milk
Directions
- Trim fat and remove bone from whole round steak
- Dredge with flour season with salt and pepper
- Pound flour and seasoning into steak
- Spread with a package of Lipton dry onion soup
- Roll like a jelly roll
- Wrap in foil sealing tightly and put in a baking pan
- Bake 5 to 6 hours at 250
- When done slice like a jelly roll
