Cheesy Macaroni Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg elbow macaroni cooked and drained
  • salt to taste
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 12 c milk

Directions

  1. Trim fat and remove bone from whole round steak
  2. Dredge with flour season with salt and pepper
  3. Pound flour and seasoning into steak
  4. Spread with a package of Lipton dry onion soup
  5. Roll like a jelly roll
  6. Wrap in foil sealing tightly and put in a baking pan
  7. Bake 5 to 6 hours at 250
  8. When done slice like a jelly roll
