Cheesy Onion Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 3 large onions about 6 c sliced
• 2 c 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 23 c milk
• 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

1. Saute onions in butter until clear and slightly browned
2. Layer 23s of the cheese and the onions in a 2-quart casserole
3. Heat cream of chicken soup milk and soy sauce in saucepan
4. Stir and pour mixture over onion and cheese layers and gently mix
