Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 medium potatoes diced into large cubes
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 slices of fresh white bread cubed
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 34 c milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 c butter melted
  • 1 c corn flakes crushed

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in plain water until done
  2. Drain and cool
  3. In the same pot add onion using a wooden spoon to stir
  4. Add bread cheese salt pepper and parsley flakes
  5. Place in a greased casserole dish
  6. Combine melted butter and milk
  7. Pour over casserole
  8. Top with crushed corn flakes
  9. Best if refrigerated overnight or make up early in the morning and bake later in the day
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
