Cheesy Potato Puff

Ingredients
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 5 oz jar sharp process cheese spread
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 Tbsp pimento chopped
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
Directions
- Mix together potatoes cheese spread egg yolks pimento and parsley
- fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Pour into 1
- 12 quart casserole dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
