Cheesy PotatoesMicrowave
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c hot tap water
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
- 14 c shredded sharp cheese
Directions
- If potatoes are nice no need to peel
- Slice potatoes and onions and layer in casserole
- Sprinkle with a little salt if desired
- Dot top with butter
- Mix hot water with bouillon and pour over top
- Cover and microwave on High for 17 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally
- Uncover sprinkle with cheese and parsley
- Recover microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer
