Cheesy PotatoesMicrowave

Ingredients

• 3 large potatoes
• 1 large onion
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 c hot tap water
• 1 tsp minced parsley
• 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
• 14 c shredded sharp cheese

Directions

1. If potatoes are nice no need to peel
2. Slice potatoes and onions and layer in casserole
3. Sprinkle with a little salt if desired
4. Dot top with butter
5. Mix hot water with bouillon and pour over top
6. Cover and microwave on High for 17 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally
7. Uncover sprinkle with cheese and parsley
8. Recover microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer
