Cheesy Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- 34 lb bulk pork sausage
- 12 c chopped onion or 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 13 c chopped green pepper
- 4 tsp sweet pepper flakes
- 1 12 c 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c light cream or evaporated milk
Directions
- Heat oven to 425
- Prepare pastry shell
- Bake 7 minutes Remove from oven reduce oven temperature to 350
