Cheesy Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

• 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
• 34 lb bulk pork sausage
• 12 c chopped onion or 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
• 13 c chopped green pepper
• 4 tsp sweet pepper flakes
• 1 12 c 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp parsley flakes
• 12 tsp seasoned salt
• 14 tsp garlic salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 c light cream or evaporated milk

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425
2. Prepare pastry shell
3. Bake 7 minutes Remove from oven reduce oven temperature to 350
