Cheesy Sausage Quiche
Ingredients
- 34 lb pork sausage links
- 1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 12 c onion thinly sliced
- 13 c green pepper chopped
- 1 12 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 c Pet evaporated milk
- 34 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In medium skillet fry sausage until cooked
- Remove sausage drain on paper towel
- Reserve 2 tablespoons fat
- Saute onion and green pepper in reserved fat for 2 to 3 minutes
- Slice sausage
- Combine cheese and flour
- Stir in sausage slices green pepper and onion
- Spread in pie crust shell
- Mix remaining ingredients pour into shell
- Bake on cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and filling is set
- Serves 6
