Cheesy Spicy Spinach

Ingredients

• 3 10 oz boxes frozen chopped spinach
• 12 c spinach liquid reserved from cooking spinach
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 1 onion chopped
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 1 c skim milk
• 1 6 oz roll hot pepper cheese cubed
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Cook spinach according to directions on package drain well reserving 12 cup spinach liquid
2. Set aside
3. In pan coated with nonstick cooking spray melt margarine and saute onion until tender
4. Add flour stir
5. Gradually add milk and spinach liquid to make sauce
6. Cook until mixture thickens
7. Add cheese and seasonings cook until cheese is melted
8. Add spinach to pan combining well
9. Yields 10 servings
