Cheesy Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen vegetables California Blend is best
- Velveeta cheese slices
- 34 stack Ritz or similar crackers crushed
- 12 stick oleo melted
Directions
- Boil vegetables until just tender drain well and put in shallow casserole dish approximately 8 x 8-inch
- Salt and pepper vegetables
- Place slices of Velveeta cheese to cover top of all vegetables
- Make crumb topping of oleo and crackers Sprinkle over top
- Bake at 350 until cheese melts approximately 20 to 30 minutes
- This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until mealtime
