Cheesy Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp basil
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Put all ingredients into greased casserole in 2 layers with the cheese on top
- Cover
- Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
