Cheezy Bacon Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb potatoes
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1-12 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • 6 to 8 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 10 slices bacon fried and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes and cut in small pieces add margarine and milk
  2. Mix until soupy
  3. Add onions green onions and parsley mix
  4. Add bacon salt and pepper
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until perfect consistency
  6. Melt cheese on top for last 5 to 10 minutes
  7. Serves 25
