Cheezy Cheese And Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 1 large 10 oz box elbow macaroni
  • 1 8 oz pkg Velveeta cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni for 2 minutes less than the box calls for Drain
  2. Put under cold running water until macaroni is completely cool drain
  3. In saucepan place cut up chunks of Velveeta butter milk and flour
  4. Heat slowly dissolving cheese and flour Add all grated Cheddar cheese except for 12 cup
  5. Pour over macaroni in a 2 12-quart casserole dish
  6. Top with 12 cup cheese and bread crumbs
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
