Cheezy Potatoes

Ingredients

• potatoes
• Velveeta cheese
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 medium onion
• bacon bits

Directions

1. Peel and boil small potatoes until almost done drain and set aside to cool
2. Melt cheese and mushroom soup rinse can with water until melted
3. Chop onion pour in cheese mix
4. Slice potatoes put into casserole dish
5. Pour over cheese mix Sprinkle with bacon bits and bake until hot through and through
