Cherokee Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes cut up
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 14 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp thyme
- 1 can mixed vegetables or vegetable of your choice can omit entirely
- Cheese type and quantity of your choice
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion drain
- Add remainder of ingredients except cheese
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly
