Cherokee Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16 oz can tomatoes cut up
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • 14 tsp thyme
  • 1 can mixed vegetables or vegetable of your choice can omit entirely
  • Cheese type and quantity of your choice

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion drain
  2. Add remainder of ingredients except cheese
  3. Simmer 10 minutes
  4. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly
