Cherried Cranberries

Ingredients
- 4 c fresh cranberries
- 2 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Put all ingredients and 1 cup water in heavy 4-quart pan Bring to boil over medium heat
- Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes
- Do not uncover during cooking or cooling
- Store in jars in refrigerator
