Cherries In The Snow
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 14 c 10x sugar
- 2 12 oz containers Cool Whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Slice cake in thin pieces Arrange 12 of cake pieces in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan Beat the cream cheese and sugar Beat in Cool Whip
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake Layer more cake slices on top
- Spread remaining cheese mixture over cake layer Top with cherry topping
- Chill
