Cherry-Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 13 c chopped nuts
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 2 pie shells
Directions
- Bake crust for 15 minutes at 350
- Blend cheese and sugar add eggs and beat well Add nuts and vanilla
- Pour into partially baked crust and bake for 10 minutes more
- Cool
- Spread cherry pie filling over cheese layer
- Chill
- Top chilled pie with dollops of whipped cream cheese or whipped cream
