Cherry Angel Food Cake
Ingredients
- 1 15 to 16 oz pkg white angel food cake mix
- 1 12 c whipping cream
- 13 c powdered sugar
- 13 c chopped nuts
- 12 drained maraschino cherries cut up
- 2 Tbsp cherry juice
Directions
- Bake cake mix as directed on package
- Cool
- Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff
- Fold in cherries juice and nuts
- Frost cake
- Refrigerate
