1 can 15 oz dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup drained reserve juice
Reserved juice plus enough milk to make 4 c liquid
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp almond flavoring
14 c butter or margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine the bread with the 4 cups of liquid Mix well Beat together the eggs sugar and almond flavoring Combine with bread mixture and then stir in the cherries Melt the butter in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan Pour bread pudding mixture into pan and bake for about an hour Serve with Almond Cream Sauce
