Cherry Breeze
Ingredients
- 1 c corn flake crumbs
- 13 c margarine melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c sweetened condensed milk
- 12 c lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1 lb 5 oz can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Mix corn flake crumbs and margarine thoroughly in 9-inch pan Press firmly and evenly over bottom and sides of pan
- Chill Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy
- Add condensed milk and blend thoroughly
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla Turn into crust
- Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm
- Top with chilled cherry pie filling before serving
