Cherry Cheesecakes

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
• 34 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Beat mixture until fluffy
2. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner
3. Fill 23 full of cream cheese mixture Bake at 375 for about 15 to 20 minutes until mixture is set Let cool
4. Top with cherry pie filling
