Cherry Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch pan
- In large bowl combine margarine and sugar beat until creamy
- Beat in eggs and sour cream
- Sift together flour salt baking powder and baking soda
- Gradually add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture beating after each addition
- Add vanilla
- Pour half of the batter into prepared pan spread with cherry pie filling then pour remaining batter over pie filling
