Cherry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 1 c white sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• sugar
• cinnamon

Directions

1. Cream the sugar with the oil Add eggs one at a time beating until well blended
2. Add flour sifted with the baking powder Pour 12 into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
3. Spread the cherry pie filling over the dough Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon Add remaining dough and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar Bake at 325 for 50 minutes Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze when still slightly warm
