Cherry Cordials
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 4 12 c confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tsp almond extract
- 80 maraschino cherries drained
- 1 pkg milk chocolate chips
- paraffin
Directions
- In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy
- Blend in milk and flavorings
- Shape mixture into 12-inch balls around each cherry
- Place centers on wax paper and refrigerate until ready to dip in chocolate
