Cherry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 c butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1 lb 6 oz can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Mix sugar flour baking powder and salt
  2. Cut in the butter then egg to make crumbs
  3. Put half the crumb mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
  4. Pour cherry pie filling evenly over Top with remaining crumb mixture
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 350
