Cherry Crumb Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1 lb 6 oz can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Mix sugar flour baking powder and salt
- Cut in the butter then egg to make crumbs
- Put half the crumb mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Pour cherry pie filling evenly over Top with remaining crumb mixture
- Bake 30 minutes at 350
