Cherry Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 1 lb 5 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c 1 stick melted butter or margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9-inch square pan
- Sprinkle with lemon juice
- Combine dry cake mix nuts and melted butter
- Mixture will be crumbly
- Sprinkle over pie filling
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown
- Serve with whipped cream or hot with coffee cream
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
