Cherry Dream Squares

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
• 1 14 c rolled oats
• 12 c margarine softened
• 1 egg
• 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 14 c firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
3. In large bowl combine
4. cake mix 6 tablespoons of margarine and 1 cup rolled oats
5. mixuntil
6. crumbly
7. Reserve
8. 1 cup crumbs for topping Toremaining
9. crumbs
10. add
11. 1 egg mix well
12. Press into
13. pan Pour
14. pie filling over crust
15. To reserved crumbs add
16. remaining 14
17. cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons margarine nuts
18. and
19. brown sugar
20. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown Cool
21. Cut into squares to serve
