Cherry Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- brown sugar
- coconut
Directions
- Drain pineapple and set juice aside
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan pour pie filling in to cover bottom
- Put drained or crushed pineapple on top of that
- Pour dry cake mix on top of pineapple and spread evenly
- Pour melted butter and pineapple juice on top of dry cake mix
- Mix coconut and brown sugar together and spread over top of juice
- Cover top of cake sufficiently
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until coconut is golden brown
- Cherry juice should be coming through top
