Cherry Or Berry Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1 14 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• powdered sugar to dust top

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar Add eggs Beat until light Add almond extract Stir in flour and baking powder Mix until smooth Butter 9 X 13 pan Turn batter into pan Spoon filling into the cake in 16 spots evenly Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes Dust with powdered sugar
