Cherry Salad Supreme

Ingredients

• 3 oz pkg raspberry Jell-O
• 21 oz can cherry pie filling
• 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
• 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 13 c mayonnaise
• 8 34 oz can crushed pineapple
• 1 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp chopped nuts

Directions

1. Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water
2. Stir in pie filling
3. Turn into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
4. Chill until partially set
5. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise
6. Gradually add lemon Jell-O
7. Stir in undrained pineapple and whip 12 cup whipping cream
8. Fold into lemon mixture with one cup of tiny marshmallows Spread on top of cherry layer
9. Top with nuts
10. Makes 12 servings
