Cherry Salad Supreme
Ingredients
- 3 oz pkg raspberry Jell-O
- 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 13 c mayonnaise
- 8 34 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 12 c whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped nuts
Directions
- Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water
- Stir in pie filling
- Turn into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
- Chill until partially set
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise
- Gradually add lemon Jell-O
- Stir in undrained pineapple and whip 12 cup whipping cream
- Fold into lemon mixture with one cup of tiny marshmallows Spread on top of cherry layer
- Top with nuts
- Makes 12 servings
