Cherry Torte

Ingredients

• 34 c Ritz crackers crushed
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c flour
• 1 c coconut
• 12 c oleo
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients
2. Cut in oleo
3. Spread 23 of mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan
4. Spread 1 can of pie filling on top Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of pie filling
5. Bake 30 minutes in a 375 oven
6. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
