Cherry Torte
Ingredients
- 34 c Ritz crackers crushed
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c flour
- 1 c coconut
- 12 c oleo
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients
- Cut in oleo
- Spread 23 of mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan
- Spread 1 can of pie filling on top Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of pie filling
- Bake 30 minutes in a 375 oven
- Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
