Chesapeake Bay Fried Hard Crabs

- 1 level Tbsp Old Bay
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt and pepper

- the crab in ice water then wash crab and remove the top

- Also remove the apron and lungsWhile removing entrails take yellow fat out of the top hull and put in separate bowl
