Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp yellow cornmeal
- 5 eggs well beaten
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Mix in flour and cornmeal
- Add eggs milk vanilla and lemon juice
- Beat well
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
