Chess Squares
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 eggs
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb confectioners sugar
Directions
- Melt oleo and beat with cake mix and 1 egg
- Press in 9 x 13-inch dish
- Beat cream cheese eggs and confectioners sugar together
- Pour on top of the cake mix and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
- Cut into small squares when cool
